Shipping:   We use US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for shipments within the US (typically takes 2-3 days).  Shipping is included in all prices.  All orders requesting overnight delivery Please Call 973-300-4101. Additional payment for overnight shipping charges will be arranged when you call for this service.

Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address.  Your telephone number is important in the unlikely event there is any problem with your order.

Your order is normally shipped within one business day of receipt of a confirmed PayPal transaction.

Payment:   Payment must be made by PayPal.

We do not accept money orders or checks. Call 973-300-4101 if you have any payment questions.

International Buyers:  Use PayPal for all international orders.  Allow at least 1-2 weeks for delivery.  Additional shipping charges will apply, depending on your location.  Please call or contact us regarding shipping charges to your location.

Satisfaction:   We guarantee your satisfaction with any items purchased through our web site.  If you are not satisfied, promptly return the item(s) and your payment will be refunded.  If payment is made by PayPal, your account will be credited the refund amount.  Please see our return policy below.

Returns:   If you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for a full refund provided:

1. the item(s) are returned within three business days of their receipt, and,
2. the item(s) are returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.

If a return is necessary and these conditions are met, your money will be refunded to you within 10 days of when we receive your returned item(s) in the condition in which they were shipped to you.
